Shopping at VerticalDropSkiShop.com is easy. From any page, click on a product category to see one of our product collections. All prices shown are in US dollars.
To order a product, enter a number in the 'Quantity' field and specify any product options such as size and color. Then click on the 'add' button to place the item in your shopping cart. To continue shopping, press the 'continue shopping' button.
Free shipping Some items may qualify for free shipping. You would also need a total order of $100.00 or more
When you are done shopping, click on the 'checkout' button to view your shopping cart. You can make changes to your order by changing any of the quantities shown in the shopping cart. To remove an item from your shopping cart, clik on the 'delete' button to the right of that item. Click on the 'update' button to see the effects of your quantity changes. When you are satisfied with your selections, click the'proceed to checkout' button.
Step 1: Create Account or Account Login
If you have shopped with us before, please enter the email address and password for your account. If you are a new customer, please click the 'new customer' button and follow the instructions to create a new account.
Step 2a: Shipping & Handling
Handling charges are $3.00 per order. Shipping charges are based on order weight and shipping destination. Within the US, we ship via UPS Ground, Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air. In Canada, we ship via UPS Ground. Worldwide, we ship via UPS WorldWide Express and, where provided, UPS WorldWide Expedited.
From the displayed list of shipping options/prices, please select how you would like us to ship your order.
Subject to product availability, orders placed before 3PM Eastern Time (US), Monday through Friday, will be shipped with in 3 buisness days. .
Step 2b: Payment
After you have selected your shipping method, please enter your credit card information. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
If you would prefer ordering by phone, print your shopping cart page and call us at (248) 241-6509.
Step 3: Verify Order
Please verify all of the information that you have entered including items ordered, shipping options and payment information. When you are ready, click on the 'Finalize Order' button to complete your order.
Step 4: Receipt
You will be presented with a receipt that you can print and keep for your records. Vertical Drop will then process your order and send you emails to update you on the status of your order.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are not completely satisfied, write us or email us within 10 days. New merchandise can be returned for an exchange or refund (If it is ski equipment it must never have been mounted. Sorry, original Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable.We make every attempt to promptly fill all orders but delays in shipment may occur due to the availability of merchandise.
